We use only the finest quality fresh (not prefrozen) meat which is marinated with selected herbs and spices according to our secret recipes, slow cured and specially packaged so as to reach you in perfect condition. We pay particular attention to the slow curing of our biltong and dry wors in cool rather than warm conditions – the process takes longer but the texture and flavour of the products are much better than with the hotter, faster process that is often used.
