Made from finest quality meat with genuine South African spices, our biltong and droewors are specially cured in a unique “Karoo Winter” production facility – using cold de-humidified air over a period of 7/8 days to produce the best and most authentic biltong and droewors available in the UK (unlike other methods in the UK using a heat process over a much shorter period).
